TÍNH NĂNG NỔI BẬT CỦA BIẾN TẦN CAO CẤP – INVERTER –   V&T V6

V6-H là dòng biến tần của V&T được thiết kế phù hợp với nhiều ứng dụng, đặc biệt phù hợp với các ngành nâng – hạ, cẩu trục, giấy, sợ, bao bì, thang máy và các ngành công nghiệp khác.

Tính năng nổi bật:

– Điều khiển momen xoắn (Open Loop Torque Control)

– Điều khiển vòng khép kín (Closed Loop Torque Control)

– Di chuyển nhiều cấp tốc độ, chia sẻ DC bus

Biến tần V&T V6 có chức năng điều khiển chính:

●   Giải thuật điều khiển: Vectorize V/F (SVPWM),  Sensorless vector (SVC), vector control (VC), Torque control.

●   Chức năng điều khiển: Chạy vị trí, chạy đồng bộ, điều khiển lực căng, đa cấp tốc độ, chế độ định thời, PID…

●   Điều khiển độc lập điện áp và tần số trong thuật toán điều khiển V/F, điều khiển vector có hồi tiếp.
●   Đọc được nhiều loại encoder: incremental, rotary transformer với nhiều dải điện áp khác nhau 5V, 12V, 24V.

●   Mạch công suất ngõ vào được thiết kế tương thích với cả hai nguồn điện cấp trực tiếp : AC hoặc DC

●   Tích hợp bộ thắng động năng lên đến 30kW, thắng DC, thắng kích từ, thắng ngắn mạch cho động cơ đồng bộ.

●   Tích hợp nhiều ngõ điều khiển và ngõ đọc phát xung encoder.

●   Cung cấp đầy đủ các chế độ bảo vệ motor: quá dòng, quá áp, mất pha, quá tải, quá nhiệt….

●   Chức năng Reset lỗi tự động và duy trì hoạt động khi bị mất điện thoáng qua, dải điện áp hoạt động rộng đáp ứng tốt với những nơi điện lưới chập chờn và điện áp thấp.

Biến tần V&T V6 được thiết kế chống bám bụi và tản nhiệt tốt, thông số cài đặt thân thiện với người dùng. Thiết kế màn hình có thể tháo rời và đặt cách xa 150m bằng card mạng RJ45, thuận lợi cho việc lắp đặt vận hành và quan sát, tích hợp sẵn cổng RS485 với giao thức truyền thông Modbus RTU và hỗ trợ các card truyền thông Profibus, Canbus, Ethernet. Kết nối máy tính trung tâm để giám sát quá trình hoạt động cũng như cài đặt thông số cho biến tần.
